- Nosecup for M40/42 Mask production, size large, quantity 7,158 each, NSN 4820-01-260-8703. The following drawings and specifications are applicable; Drawing(s) 5-1-2773, 5-1-2772, 5-1-1544, 5-1-1080, Specification(s) EA-N-1380 with amendment 1, EA -P-1486 with amendment 8, ASTM D3951. Solicitation shall contain an option to purchase up to 100% of the initial quantity. Government Furnished Property will be provided to awardee. First Article is required 30 days after award of contact or 30 days af ter receipt of government furnished property, whichever is later. The government intends to visit the contractors facility to witness first-article testing. FOB Destination, Pine Bluff Arsenal, AR. Delivery of production quantity shall be a total of 1, 000 each per month until the total order quantity is delivered. Acquisition is being conducted utilizing full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Solicitation will issue on or afte r 02 November 2006 with a closing date on or after 01 December 2006. Solicitation may be obtained by fax request to 870-540-3730 or via email to ginger.house@us.army.mil. Ensure solicitation number W911RP-07-R-0006 is in the subject line of request. Ema il request that do not contain the solicitation number in the subject line will be deleted without review.
