- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; propos als are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The California National Guard has a requirement to lease long term residence (hotels, apartments, etc.) in the San Diego El Centro area. Vendors will provide pricing for 50 each fully furnished 1 bedroom residence with all utilities included in the pricing. Rooms must include 2 each twin beds or 1 each king size bed. Room rate must include all housekeeping costs. Locations must be within 20 miles of El Centro. Facilities must be eq uipped to house at least 50 people and must be able to begin November 1, 2006. Contract will be administered as a BPA with 1 base year and 1 option year. Invoices will be submitted monthly or biweekly. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR). Quotes are due no later than October 27, 2006 before 2:00pm PST. Quotes may be submitted via fax to (805) 594-6348.
