- Pope AFB intends to solicit and award a total small business sole source purchase order to Deana?s Fund for a Yellow Dress Performance. The Statutory authority for this sole source purchase is Title 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The applicable NAICS is 711190 with a size standard of $6.5 Million. Any interested parties, other than Deana?s Fund, that feels they can satisfy this requirement must identify their interest, experience, and capabilities to satisfy the requirement no later than 24 Oct 2006 at 3:00 PM EST. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contracting Registration (CCR) database.
