Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The purchase request number is FM44886242003 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) (iii) this solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-13. (iv) This solicitation is for Full and Open Competition. The associated NAICS code is 339999. (v) This requirement consists of one Line Item: 0001 ? Individual First Aid Kits (IFAK) the part number is RC-0005 or equal. Manufacturer: The Resource Center or equal. Quantity: 2,384. (vi) Description: this requirement is for delivery to the 43rd Medical Squadron at Pope AFB, NC. The delivery date of the resulting contract will be 60 days ARO. Each kit shall contain: (1) Case.
