- REPAIR: Modification To Previous Synopsis: This acquisition to obtain a requirements type contract for the following two repair items applicable to the HH-60G and H-1 helicopters: 1. NSN: 1680-01-445-8278GC, Noun: External Rescue Hoist, P/N 42315-17, Quantity: Basic Year best estimated quantity (BEQ) of 30 ea and four annual out year options with a BEQ of 30 ea for each of the four option year periods. 2. NSN: 1680-01-058-3671GA, Noun: High Performance Hoist, P/N 42305R1, Quantity: Basic Year best estimated quantity (BEQ) of 2 ea and four annual out year options with a BEQ of 2 ea for each of the four option year periods. The proposed contract action is sole source to Goodrich Corp/Goodrich Hoist & Winch, Cage Code: 3HRL4. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
