Questions and Answers 1. Is cover page and table of contents counted in the 20 pages? Answer ? No, the 20 page limit does not include the Cover page and Table of Contents 2. If a prime intends to ultimately propose subcontractors, is the response to the sources sought intended to only represent the Prime?s experience or the team?s experience? Answer - The response should be "Turn Key" effort response - that is the Primes' total experience in being able to satisfy the requirements. 3. Should all subcontractors reply to the sources sought? In other words, if a potential subcontractor does not reply to the sources sought, does that prevent that firm from being a subcontractor? Answer - No, the response should be from the prime contractors. One team - one response. A primes' ability or lack of ability to "field" the subcontractors at solicitation is something that will be considered during the RFP evaluations 4. Does the 20-page limit on the Sources Sought response include page allocations for resumes? Answer ? No, the 20 page limit does not include the resumes.
