- Western Area Power Administration intends to acquire, on a sole source basis, Deutsch PowerLok Tools under the authority FAR 6.302-1. Western believes Deutsch is the only known source that can provide compatible tools for these Deutsch connectors that are already purchased for. Refer to attachment of Sole Source. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilty to satisfy the Government's requirements by emailing or faxing the Contract Specialist at 701-221-4526. Capabilty statements must include documentation ability to satisfy the Government's requirements. Any information received will be considered for the purpose of conducting a competitive procurement.
