- The Forest Service is anticipating the need for Facilitation Services for the Alaska Region Leadership Team (RLT). The RLT consists of the Regional Forester, Forest Supervisors, Line Officers, Staff Directors and other participants totaling approximately 25 people. The RLT expects to meet three times a year, with a possible fourth meeting. Meetings will alternate within the State of Alaska, expecting two in Southeast and one in South Central. Each meeting is approximately three to five days. The contractor will be responsible for all travel costs, labor, equipment, materials and supplies for performing facilitation services in the State of Alaska. The contractor will be responsible for planning the meetings with RLT personnel and involve the Executive Team in the planning of the agendas for the meetings. Contractor will provide oversight of the meeting notes; meet with the Executive Team (if necessary) immediately following the meeting for evaluation of the meeting and provide summary evaluation, etc. within three working days after conclusion of meeting. This will be a Commercial Item Contract Award and will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. This contract will be awarded based on Best Value. This will be a one year base contract with four option years.
