PRON: AX6C0288AX, NSN: 1615-01-330-4855, PN: 3010CH47D-1/8, Quantity: 109 each minimum/327 each maximum Base year plus two (2)100% option requirements applicable to CH-47, delivery to Stockton, CA. Required delivery is 109 each, 597 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The Production Lead-Time with First Article Testing is 109 each, 597 days after contract award (DACA) and 109 each, 398 DACA without First Article. The First Article Test Report is due in 386 DACA. This item is restricted to The Boeing Company, CAGE Code 77272, and Borg Warner Transmission Systems, Incorporated, CAGE Code 99186, because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as def ined by the current DoD-STD-100. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described abov e are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. A ll responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
