- NAICS Code: 5417 The United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) intends to award a sole source purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to Dr. Yutaka Aoki. This order provides for addressing the documentation needs and responses to comments and questions from the professional community concerning both the variability analysis for the Estrogen Receptor Binding Assay and the NHANES analysis. Because Dr. Aoki developed both analyses originally, it would be most efficient for EPA to use his experience with these projects to document the methods and analyses, and to respond to comments or questions raised by peers. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to USEPA, Lana J. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
