- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services contract for commercial items in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on FEDBIZOPPS. The reference number is N6922407RCS0001. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-13 and Class Deviation 2005-o0001. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.acqnet.gov/far and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dfars/index.htm. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811212; small business size standard is $23.0. This acquisition is unrestricted. The FISC Jacksonville Det Gulfport requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following services: There is (1) one contract line item for maintenance of 10 Sharp copiers, 12 Sharp fax machines, and 1 Richo color copier (all Government owned) located in Bldg 9110 at Stennis Space Center, MS 39522-0002 and Bldg 60 at NCBC Gulfport, MS 39501-5001. Maintenance contract for 10 Government owned Copiers. See attached Statement of Work and List of all Government owned equipment. Est. 1,200,000 EA Period of Performance: 1 Oct 2006 thru 30 Sep 2007 0002 Maintenance on 1 Govt. owned Color copier in accordance with statement of work. Monthly Charge 12 EA 0002A Maintenance on 1 Govt. owned Color copier in accordance with statement of work. Charges are cost per copy Black charges. Est. 7,000 EA 0002B Maintenance on 1 Govt. owned Color copier in accordance with statement of work. Charges are cost per copy color charges. Est. 5,000 EA Period of Performance: 1 Oct 2006 thru 30 Sep 2007 Copier Maintenance Agreement Contractor shall provide on-site, on-call maintenance on government owned Copiers (See attached list containing Model, Serial number, and location of each copier owned by the Navy Human Resource Service Center Southeast, Stennis Space Center MS. The government owned copiers are located at : 9110 Leonard Kimble Road, Stennis Space Center and Bldg. 60 CBC Gulfport. A. Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, and travel required to maintain government owned equipment manufactured by Sharp. B. Contractor shall respond during normal working hours (8:00 am thru 5:00 pm) Monday through Friday. C. Contractor will replace consumable supply items at the manufacturers recommended intervals or as needed, which includes (i.e. Toner, drum, developer, cleaning rollers, and heat rollers. D. Government agrees to provide staples, toner collection bottles, and paper. If toner consumption exceeds manufacture?s recommended yield the Government will provide toner. E. Government agrees to appoint a key operator (to be appointed upon award) which (loading paper, removing simple paper jams, installing toner, replacing of toner collection bottles, cleaning the glass, and providing monthly meter readings to the contractor.) F. Contractor shall bill monthly in the arrears at a cost per copy charge. G. Period of Performance: 01 Oct 2006 thru 30 Sep 2007 STATEMENT OF WORK for Faxes Item No Description Qty/ UI 0002 Service Agreement on 12 Govt. owned Sharp fax machines in accordance with statement of work.. 4 Qtr Period of Performance: 1 Oct 2006 thru 30 Sep 2007 Fax Service Agreement Contractor shall provide on-site, on-site service call on government owned Sharp Fax Machines. The government owned faxes are located at : 9110 Leonard Kimble Road, Stennis Space Center and Bldg. 60 CBC Gulfport. H. Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, and travel required to maintain government owned equipment manufactured by Sharp. I. Contractor shall respond during normal working hours (8:00 am thru 5:00 pm) Monday through Friday. J. Government agrees to appoint a key operator (to be appointed upon award) which (loading paper, removing simple paper jams, installing toner, replacing of toner collection bottles. K. The following factors will be used to evaluate quotes, in descending order of importance: A. Technical and past performance. B. Price. The Government reserves the right to make award of the initial offer received without discussions. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and technical capability considered. Companies wishing to respond to this solicitation must be in compliance with FAR 52.204-7, Required Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The Internet site for registering in the CCR is http://www.ccr.gov. Companies wishing to respond to this solicitation must provide this office with the following: A price quote, submitted on your company letterhead or your standard company quotation forms for the requested items showing REFERENCE NUMBER, UNIT PRICE, EXTENDED PRICE, FOB, PROMPT PAYMENT TERMS, DELIVERY TIME. OFFERS MUST BE SIGNED. Each offer shall include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3 and DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items, their DUN & BRADSTREET CODE, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and Tax Identification Number (TIN).
