- The Office of Historical Trust Accounting (OHTA) has a requirement for a trust accounting services. This requirement is being issued by GovWorks under the franchise authority of the Department of the Interior on behalf of the OHTA in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13.5. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Bank of America for this requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The necessity of a sole source is in light of the strict schedule due to current litigation for Indian Trust management. This is not a request for competitive proposals.
