- ACA, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to KY Health Department for the purchase of a cost per PKU test to include all newborn PKU testing for Ireland Army Community Hospital, Fort Knox, KY. Contr act to include federally mandated testing guidelines. This is a unique PKU test that has to be done by certain machines with the capabilities to test the newborns and retest at no additional costs by trained lab technicians.
