- The U. S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with CA. Inc, 2291 Wood Oak Drive, Herndon, VA 20171-2823. The contractor shall provide the follow ing services: Licensing, maintenance, and technical support of proprietary software programs. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541519 and the size standard is $23M. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 5:00 PM , Eastern Daylight Time, October 20, 2006.
