Description

The VA Heartland Network 15 has a requirement for office moving and installation services for the both divisions of the VA Medical Center, St. Louis, MO. The John Cochran Division is located at 915 North Grand Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63106 and the Jefferson Barracks Division is located at #1 Jefferson Barracks Drive, St. Louis, MO 63125. Services include moving of office furniture and supplies onsite and site-to-site and the disassembly and reassembly of office furniture manufactured by Burroughs, Herman-Miller, Steelcase, Knoll, Haworth and Tab. Contract will be for a base period estimated to begin December 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007 with option to renew 4 additional one-year periods. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for award to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. Offers or quotations from other than service-disable veteran-owned small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals will be evaluated on price, technical and past performance in accordance with the evaluation procedures of the solicitation. Request for Quotation will be available on or about October 17, 2006. Due date for receipt of offers is November 15, 2006, 4:00 p.m. CST. Anticipated award date is November 23, 2006.
