- Solicitation has been posted to the NECO Web site under FY07 number N00406-07-T-0036 ___________________________________________ The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound is soliciting for a firm fixed price, requirements, service type contract to be negotiated on an unrestricted basis for piloting services, in support of Navy Region Northwest. Detailed information will be included in the solicitation. Period of Performance is estimated to be from 1 January 2007 through 31 December 2008, with four option years. The commercial solicitation, N00406-06-T-1036, will be issued on or around 08/24/2006 with a closing date of on or around 09/19/06. Proposed contract to be procured using commercial Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FISCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents.
