- M240B Combat Ammunition Packs (CAPs) The United States Army RDECOM-ARDEC, Picatinny Arsenal , NJ 07806-5000, has a requirement for the manufacture , inspection, assembly, packaging, and delivery of a basic quantify of 14,005 M240B Combat Ammunition Packs (CAPs) in accordance with United States Government Drawings, Special Packaging Insturctions and a Statement of Work. Solicitation will be full and open competition for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that contains four subsequent ordering periods, each with a maximum of 50,000 Pouches. A competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on the TACOM- Picatinny Acquisition Center website Procnet and FEDBIZ OPPS on or about October 27, 2006. Proposals will be required within thirty (30) days from release date of the RFP.
