- The Defense Logistics Agency, DES Acquisition Staff Directorate, intends to award on a sole-source basis, per FAR 6.302-1, a firm-fixed price contract to the Corporate Executive Board for membership for the Corporate Leadership Council to provide specialized services in support of the DLA Human Resource Office for research and executive education to the Agency. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE IS AVAILABLE. Notwithstanding, any firm who believe it is capable of meeting the requirement as stated herein may submit a response, which if received within 7 calendar days of the date of this announcement will be considered. Responses to this posting must be in writing. A determination not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
