- AMENDMENT: The forklift will be used in a hangar. Height can be as high as 30'. 2 stg mast, Diesel, Sideshifter, LBR, 96" Forks, Solid Pneumatic Tires. RESPONSE TIME HAS BEEN EXTENDED THROUGH 1:00 PM EST, FRIDAY 13 OCT 06. ORIGINAL SOLICITATION: This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items (non-personal services). This document was prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented and in accordance with FAR FAC 2005-13, September 28, 2006 with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This one-time requirement is to provide the service listed below. CLIN 0001: Qty: 1, Unit: Lot Lease 30,000 lb capacity Hyster Forklift, including solid pneumatic tires. Period: 3 months based on a 28 day billing cycle from date of delivery. Price should include pickup and delivery fees from/to Robins AFB. Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, equipment, tools, materials, and transportation to deliver and pickup the forklift. This acquisition is set aside for small business. The NAICS code is 532490, $6.5M. All timely responses will be considered. Any company that feels they have the capability to meet the needs of the Government must submit their technical data (2 pages or less) to support their claim. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice.
