- Description
- The General Services Administration is soliciting proposals to install 30 tons of cooling for the primary inspection booths at B & M Border Station, 1300 Mexico Blvd, Brownsville, Texas. Installation should include, but not limited to the following: •Installation of two fifteen (15) tons condensing units •Installation of 30 tons of cooling, outdoor air handler unit with natural gas heating system. •Three outdoor fused disconnect boxes. •Necessary duct work to connect air handler unit to all four inspection booth. •Four duct motorize dampers. •Four toggle switches (booth controller). Compressors should have an extended four (4) year warranty in addition to the standard manufacture’s warranty. This procurement will be advertised on a restricted basis as a Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS Code for this procurement is 238220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $12 million. The Solicitation # is GS-07P-05-UK-M-3051, Project # I05-121. The proposal due date will be on September 7, 2005. Specifications will be available for downloading from the internet at www.fedbizopps.gov. THE ESTIMATED COST RANGE FOR THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN $65,000.00 AND $80,000.00.
