- Description
- The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (PBS) intends to make an award under Commercial Items, FAR Part 12 to Architectural Computer Services (ARCOM) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement will procure the following MasterSpec guide specification systems (1) A/S/C Basic, Supplemental and Short Form; and (2) M/E Basic, Supplemental and Short Form, with site licenses for seventeen (17) users. The proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. The NAICS code is 519190. Interest persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The government will consider all responses received by 12:00 pm e.s.t. Friday, October 27, 2006. A determination by the Government not to complete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely wihin the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
