- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448, intends to purchase on a sole-source basis the following items from Actions Manufacturing Company, Inc., 100 East Erie Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19134-1089: Qty-Description 200,Inert flight projectiles 200,HE simulator projectiles (live fuze, inert HE fill) 200,HE FRAG-12 (T8) projectiles (live fuze + HE fill) The order shall be a firm fixed order with potential option quantities. FOB Destination shall apply. Closing date is 26 October 2006 with award to be made by 21 December 2006. DoD will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) database.
