- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Contracts Division, Code 2.5.1.2, Webster Field St Inigoes, Maryland intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order with Energy Technologies Inc (ETI)., 219 Park Avenue East, Mansfield, OH 44902-1845. The acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other service or supply will satisfy the agency requirements. Pole Zero is the original equipment manufacturer and provider of ETI0003 Power Distribution Unit(s) (PDU) and ETI000 1, 10 & 15 amp Circuit Breakers to support the Battle Control System ? Mobile (BCS-M) presently used by the U.S. Navy and Air Force. ETI PDU?s provide the required functionality in a 1U chassis (1 ??Hx19?Wx24?D) that incorporates ?intelligent features? permitting monitoring and alarming of Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS) operation, rack equipment temperatures and safety interlocks. However, responsible interested parties may submit information in which they identify their interest and capability. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Contracts shall consider all responses. Responses without a return address, mailing address, and company telephone number will not be recognized. Proprietary data in the responses will be protected where so designated. NOTE: Contractors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR), www.ccr.gov database to be eligible for contract award or payment from any DOD activity. A determination not to compete this proposed contract, based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement as a sole source basis based upon the responses received. The Government will not pay for any information received.
