- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) Q1574065049. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-04 and are available in full text through Internet access at http://www.arnet.gov/far. The National Park Service encourages the participation of small, disadvantaged and women owned business enterprises. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332313 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Yellowstone National Park needs to lease six (6) 30 yard roll offs. Quoted price should include delivery to the Mammoth Supply Center, Mammoth Hot Springs, Yellowstone National Park WY 82190. Please state earliest delivery date. The following is a description of the requirements for this acquisition: General Description and Specifications: Six - 22' long, 30 yard Roll-Offs. Lease to be spread over 12 months starting Nov. 2006. Lease should have the option to purchase. All dumpsters shall come equipped with a lifting system that will accommodate a Steller Hydraulic lifting system, using no cables or chains. Standard duty boxes, with 1/4" thick steel bottom (minimum) Rectangular in shape, (not tapered, not bathtub style). Each dumpster shall have a rear opening door(s) that swing out, hinged off one-side or hinged off both sides if more than one door. Each dumpster shall come equipped with a mesh top attached that can be opened and closed with a handle and ratcheting system, or hydraulic opening system, included. Each dumpster shall come with it's own vinyl tarp that can be attached to the mesh top. Preventing Rain and snow from filling the dumpster. Vinyl tarp shall be 18 oz. vinyl min. or heavier. Tarp Color: Shall be dark brown. Each dumpster shall be painted Brown prior to delivery. Color : Statford Brown, Industrial Enamel, as manufactured by Sherwin-Williams or Glidden Paint Co's Quoted price must include delivery to Mammoth Hot Springs, Yellowstone Park, WY 82190.
