This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-13. This acquisition is SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333415 and the size standard is 750 employees. Proposals (including the offeror's electronically completed annual representations and certifications via the ORCA website at http://orca.bpn.gov) are due November 6, 2006, 4:30 PM, MST at the address above. These services and products will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 13, Subpart 13.5-"Test Program for Certain Commercial Items". Simplified Acquisition Procedures apply. Offerors are incouraged to register on our website www.usbr.gov/pn/contracts/supply to download the solicitation and drawings. Offeror registration will provide convenient notification of amendments, and a way to contact you, if needed. With your proposal include complete mailing address, street address if different from mailing address, phone number, fax number, and email address. To take advantage of business opportunities with Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) and Department of the Interior (DOI) you must register your firm with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov .
