Description

This project involves the supply of paint to Lock and Dam #2 in Hastings MN 55033-1145. (i) This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, and supplemental information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The reference number for this effort is W912ES-07-T-0001 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in eff ect at the time of publication. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations supp lement (DFARs) can be accessed on the Internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/ (iv) This is 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Owned Small Business competition with a relevant North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) of 424950 (v) CLIN 0001 is a Lump Sum with materials as follows: (70 EA) 5 gallon pails of gray colored V766E industrial vinyl coating; (80 EA) 5 gallon pails of white colored V766E industrial vinyl coating; (60 EA) 5 gallon pails of aluminum colored V-120E vinyl coating; and (4 EA ) 55 gallon drums of MEK solvent. This is FOB: destination.
