Description
This is a Sources Sought Announcement. This is not a request for proposal, quotation or bid. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers desires to identify 8(a), Hubzone certified, and service disabled veteran owned small business contractors capable of prov iding the services described below. The Government will use the responses to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Interested sources should respond with a capability statement, list of similar projects, and references, along with documentation of thei r socio-economic classifications. Services to be performed include providing general research assistance, maintaining a library of unclassified documents, coordination and integration of chemical demilitarization analyses, public affairs, and meeting support. All work will be in strict co mpliance with the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Commonwealth of Virginia guidelines, Occupational Safety and Health Standards, and will also comply with US Army Corps of Engineers requirements and Department of the Army Regulations (i.e., AR 20 0-1, US Environmental Protection and Enhancement). In all cases, rendered services and/or materials provided by the contractor will not be duplicative of those services currently in existence, such as those provided by the Program Manager for Elimination of Chemical Weapons (PM ECW) and other contractors.
