- The United States Army Communications-Electronics and Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) intends to award a five (5) year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) type contract on a non-competitive basis to BAE Sy stems Information & Electronic Systems Integration, Inc. of Wayne, NJ under the Authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source for the procurement of RT-1193A/ASN-128B Receiver-Transmitter Antennas (RTAs). The RT-1193A/ASN-1 28 RTA is a critical flight component of the AN/ASN-128 Doppler Global Positioning System Navigation System (DGNS). BAE is the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the DGNS and the only known source for the Technical Data Package (TDP). The NAICS code for t his procurement is 334511 with the corresponding small business size standard of 750 employees. The solicitation number assigned to this effort is W15P7T-07-R-B201 and will be issues on or about 27 October 2006. The estimated award date is 08 December 20 06. See numbered Notes 22 and 26.
