Description

The U.S. Army Tank-automotive Armaments and Life Cycle Management Command is requesting a proposal on an other than full and open competitive basis, for the Stryker Family of Vehicles (FOVs) to GM GDLS Defense Group LLC. This will be a five year Req uirements Contract plus a 1 year option for the Stryker FOVs and support requirements. This action covers the simultaneous and concurrent efforts to continue to develop, field, sustain, and improve the Stryker FOVs: production, testing, training, fieldin g, sustaining fielded vehicles: converting, restating, regenerating combat power; and supporting establishment of a core depot capability. The requirement will include production and/or support for all ten Stryker vehicle configurations. The Stryker Requ irements Contract will be structured to accommodate rapidly changing requirments; and will include Stryker Production requirements, System Engineering Services, and performance based Contractor Logistics Support (CLS). The production requirements for veh icles and hardware for FOV improvements will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP); system engineering and development/integration efforts will be Cost Plus Fixed Fee.
