- The New Mexico Veterans Affairs Health Care System (NMVAHCS), located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Western Office Systems, 8011 Central Avenue NE, Albuquerque, NM to provide maintenance, service, repair and inspection of Spacesaver moveable shelving units at the VA Cooperative Studies Program Clinical Research Pharmacy Coordinating Center (VA CSPCRPCC), 2401 Centre Avenue SE, Albuquerque, NM. This vendor is the only authorized representative in New Mexico to provide repairs and maintenance on Spacesaver, the manufacturer of the shelving units. The term of the contract will be for a Base Year, plus 4 one year options for renewal. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Office within 7 calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability and qualifications of the firm to provide these services. If no responses are received, the NMVAHCS will proceed with the contract negotiation with Western Office Systems. NAICS Code: 811310, Size Standard is $6.5 million.
