- Contractor to provide labor, materials and equipment necessary to maintain channel ultra violet disinfection system, model 200-2 located at the wastewater plant of the Veterans Affairs New Jersey Health Care System, 151 Knollcroft Road, Lyons, NJ 07939. All work is to be performed in strict accordance with statement of work, terms and conditions as outline in solicitation VA-10N3-07-RQ-0028. Period of performance is November 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007 with 4 (1) year options to extend the term of the contract.
