Harris Corporation owns all proprietary documentation and are the only source for this equipment that has the required capabilities, documentation, and fully operational testing systems to operate, maintain, and repair this equipment. It is the Government?s intention to solicit and negotiate solely with Harris Corporation using Other Than Full and Open Competition Requirements. The Coast Guard does not possess the data rights to the specification, drawings, testing, environmental controls, quality assurance and documentation necessary to perform the repairs. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to USCG ELC, Baltimore, MD 21226. Inspection and Acceptance will be done at destination. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the system for future notices and changes. This is a not a request for proposal, therefore; no cost or price information shall be submitted at this time. It is the Coast Guard ELC?s intention to advertise a solicitation for requirements within 30 days of this Sources Sought notice. All responses will be considered by this agency. *****
