- 100% Buy Indian Set-Aside Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Administrative Services. The Oklahoma City Area Indian Health Service is competing for a Management Analysis Assistant. Contractor shall meet the following: Have graduated from high school or hold a GED; have completed graduate level courses at a College of Public Health in health administration, epidemiology and statistics; speak, understand and write English fluently and possess initiative, interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity such that he/she can effective relate to the planning of health services delivery to the American Indian population. Telephone requests for the RFQ and questions regarding the RFQ will not be accepted. RFQ will be released October 23 and response date is October 30, 2007, 1:00 p.m. CT. Requests for RFQ will not be accepted after October 23, 2006.
