- The Kootenai National Forest, Fortine Ranger District, is soliciting quotations for the Foothills Road RAC Project. Work includes replacement of undersized culverts, installation of ditch relief culverts and surface water deflectors, drainage dip construction, aggregate placement, and road reconditioning. Estimated start date is 9/1/06 with a completion date of 7/1/07. Price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
