- GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION OFFICE SPACE NEEDED The General Services Administration (GSA) of The United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 900 BOMA usable square feet (approximately 1,035 rentable square feet) of contiguous office space for occupancy by the Transportation Security Administration. The term will be 5 years, 3 years firm, commencing on or about August 1, 2007. The space must be within a five (5) mile radius of the Yellowstone Regional Airport Terminal Building. Buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places, potentially eligible for the National Register or within a historic district are encouraged to offer. All space must be fully handicapped accessible, cannot be within the 100-500 year floodplain, and meet the minimum seismic requirements. The lease must be fully serviced.
