- 47-Pipe, nickel-chromium-iron alloy in accordance with MIL-DTL-23227F, Type 2 or 3, Class IV, Finish A or C. 1,723 inches of 3" NPS, Schedule 160 and 1,200 inches of 5" NPS Schedule 160. LEVEL I MATERIAL, Successful contractor shall maintain a quanilty assurance / inspection system in accordance with MIL_I_45208a, ISO-9001 or ISO-9002. Chemical and physical property test reports are required on the pipe along with ultrasonic test and alloy identity reports. Economic price adjustment provision may be included to compensate for volitility of raw material pricing. This is strictly a pre-solicitation notice. RFP N0018907RPC04 will contain all applicable specification requirements. RFP will be issued o/a 11/2/06. All responsible, responsive offers will be considered.
