- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with General Electric Structured Services, LP for the acquisition of one (1) Mounts FWD Trunnion Engine P/N 21C11530G01, one (1) Support Engine Test P/N 21C14512G01, one (1) Cable ASSY (W209) Starter Control P/N 21C14514G01, one (1) Set Accessories Engine Thrust Stand P/N 21C14516G01, and two (2) Speed Increasers P/N 9459M17G04 for FMS. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
