- Management & Training Corporation is soliciting cost proposals from qualified contractors to provide a food service program for the Philadelphia Job Corps Center. The food service program is established and maintained solely for the use of students, staff and invited guest, in accordance with Department of Labor requirements. Contractor shall furnish all necessary supplies, materials and secure an agreement for lease, rental, or usage fee for the service building located at 4601 Market Street Philadelphia PA 19139 to operate the Philadelphia Job Corps Center's food service program.
