This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business for the manufacture and delivery of Men's Army Green Shirts in both Short and Long Sleeve Styles. Best Value Source Selection procedures will be used. Technical merit is more important than price. All offerors are required to submit technical proposals that include Product Demonstration Models, a history of their Experience / Past Performance and a DLA Mentoring Business Agreement. This solicitation will result in 1 (12) month term award. Items being purchased are as follows: Shirt Man's Army Green Short Sleeve - 8405-01-374-8887(s) Min/Max: 78,480/196,128 Shirt Man's Army Green Long Sleeve - 8405-01-311-9692(s) Min/Max: 45,216/113,112 1 (12) month Term Option Provision will be included in this solicitation for the same Min/ Max Quantities Both Shirts are manufactured to Commercial Item Description CID A-A-52112 Pattern Dated: April 25, 1995. Delivery will be required 120 days after award to one of the following locations: San Joaquin, CA / New Cumberland, PA /Suffolk, VA / Travis, TX / Peckam, MI.
