Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, services and supervision necessary to complete the installation of new underground water distribution system at Ellington Field, Houston, Texas as described in the plans and sp ecifications. This solicitation is unrestricted, with a NAICS code of 221122, Electrical Power Distribution. Project Number FWJH032020, Repair Electrical Distribution System, Repair Electrical Distribution System, 147th Fighter Wing Ellington Field, Hous ton, Texas consists of eliminating overhead primary electrical distribution system and provide a new underground electrical distribution system, including but not limited to pedestals, concrete incased duct bank, electric cable including splicing kits, pad mounted transformers including concrete pads, switches including pad mounted boxes, meters, and all other work necessary for a complete and operable electrical distribution system. Demolish the existing overhead system which has been replaced. The solici tation notice will be issued on or about 20 October 2006 in FedBizOps. The solicitation will be posted in ASFI at the same time and can be accessed through a link in FedBizOps. The specifications and drawings for this project are located on the Federal D ata technical Solutions (FedTeds) website at: https://www/fedteds.gov. Access will require a FedTeds login, which you may register for at https://www/fedteds.gov. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database at http://w ww.ccr.gov/, and have completed their annual representations and certifications at the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website at: http://orca.bpn.gov/ to be considered for award.
