- A SYNOPSYS WAS POSTED UNDER NUMBER R4-17-06-04. THE SOLICITATION NUMBER HAS BEEN CHANGED TO AG-9360-S-06-0018, IF YOU REGISTERED TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION UNDER THAT NUMBER, YOU WILL NEED TO REGISTER TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION AGAIN UNDER THIS NUMBER, THAT WAY YOU WILL RECEIVE NOTIFICATION OF WHEN WE POST THE SOLICITATION OR ANY AMENDMENTS. FOR PEOPLE THAT REGISTERED AS AN INTERESTED VENDOR, YOU MAY WISH TO REGISTER UNDER THIS NUMBER, SO THAT PRIME CONTRACTOR'S, SUBS OR SUPPLIERS CAN CONTACT YOU. THIS PROJECT WILL BE posted during the first week of August, 2006. The project consists of building a tie through road from Mt. Rose Highway to the existing Galena Washoe County Park, constructing a trailhead with day use picnic facilities, a group site, building an environmental center building with a plaza and parking lot. The work includes installation of all utilities (water, electric, telephone and data, gas and sewer). Optional work will include if available funds allow and consists of: paving roads and parking areas, constructing another group site, constructing a pavilion structure over the group picnic site, adding a multipurpose room to the environmental center building, and constructing an event parking area. Project location: proceed south of Reno, NV on Highway 431 from Highway 395 approximately 8 miles. The site is next to the existing Washoe County Regional Park—Galena. Estimated start date is 8/31/06 with 360 calendar day contract time. Estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. NAICS code: 237990. Size Standard: $28.5 Million. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
