Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO LEASE SPACE IN GREENSBORO, NORTH CAROLINA AMOUNT OF SPACE: The U.S. Government will lease a total of 4,230 contiguous BOMA usable square feet based on the determination that this is within the best interest of the U.S. Government. This space is available for use by a U.S. Government Tenant Agency for personnel, furnishings and equipment. LOCATION: A negotiated action under Solicitation 6NC0056 will result in an award to Bentley Park LLC, 701 Green Valley Road, Ste. 100, Greensboro, NC 27408 in an amount and date to be determined. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: Lease will be for one hundred and twenty (120) months with the Government having cancellation privileges after sixty (60) months.
