Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT General Services Administration Seeks Leased Space in Lake City, Florida REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease 9,432 rentable square feet yielding 8,202 ANSI BOMA Square Feet of office and related use space. Space must be located in a prime commercial district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Subleases are not acceptable. DELINEATED AREA: The space will be located within the area delineated by the following boundaries: NORTH: NW Washington Street. SOUTH: Intersection of Rt. 247 and SW Shatner Place, (aka Bascon Norris Dr.) East to Rt. 441. EAST: Rt. 441 at SW Shatner Place (aka Bascon Norris Dr.) North to NW Washington Street. WEST: Intersection of SW Shatner Place (aka Bascon Norris Dr.) and Rt. 247, North to Rt. 90, North on Rt. 90 to the intersection of W Duval Street, North and East on W Duval Street to SW Lakeview Ave., North on SW Lakeview Ave. to intersection of NW Washington Street. REQUIRED: Fifty-Four (54) parking spaces are required. Public transportation is required within two blocks of the space. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. LEASE TERM: Term is for ten (10) years, with five (5) years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after the 5th year on 60 days notice. Proposed occupancy date is May 1, 2008.
