- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Charleston intends to issue solicitation N65236-07-R-0011 as a sole source commercial item contract pursuant to the test procedures under FAR 13.5 to SIGNAMI DCS, LLC, 815 Ritchie Hwy Ste 214, Severna Park, MD 21146. The procurement covers the purchase of five (5) each PHOENIX II Signals Workstations and on-site training for 8 students. These work stations are to be integrated into the existing base-lined Navy GSAL program. SIGNAMI is the only vendor of the Phoenix II hardware as modified to run SIGNAMI's proprietary Phoenix II software components. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated. The FSC Code is 5810. The NAICS Code is 423430 with a size standard of 100 employees. This is a notice of intent and is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may inquire about the process to have their products tested and evaluated for future procurements by submitting their comments in writing to Mr. Hanh Chau, Code 0271HC, Contract Specialist, at hanh.h.chau@navy.mil no later than 1500 (EST) on 10 Oct 2006.
