Description
CONTACT Paul Herink, Production Engineer, (732) 532-0216. This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources for spares for the Pump, Fuel, Metering, used on 15-30 KW, Generator Sets. This contractual effort is for a 5-yr FLTC with a low range quan tity of 20-80, a mid range quantity of 81-160, and a high range quantity of 161  320. Request that suppliers provide the Government with their Production Lead Time and a cost estimate for this item. The NSN is 2910-00-499-0818; P/N 02604; CAGE 84760. Th ere are current sources for this item. Detailed technical data for the manufacture or acceptance of these units is not available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing or repairing these units must so indicate, by writing to Commander, USA CECOM, A TTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-E-GN, Building 1200W, Ft. Monmouth, NJ 07703-5023. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with a unit from the previous suppliers listed above. The response should also include production lead times, number of years part will be available, price break ranges if applicable, part number & CAGE of propos ed parts or any other information that could affect the acquisition, supply and delivery of the parts. The Government will consider parts from other sources that have the same form, fit, and function as the required parts. Alternate parts would have to pas s extensive performance and qualification testing to ensure the parts meet the Militarys requirements, the cost of which would be considered in the acquisition decision. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfacto rily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army.
