- Description: The purpose of this announcement is to request comments and feedback on a performance specification and Statement of Objectives (SOO) on All-terrain Radar for Tactical Exploitation of MTI and Imaging Surveillance (ARTEMIS). Contractors must have prior exp erience designing and developing radar systems at low frequencies (less than 2GHz). These documents are FOUO with Distribution C. Requests to review these documents may be made via email to Vincent.Fedorow@us.army.mil. Please provide the CAGE code in your email. The Government does not intend to pay for any information received. Responses are requested by 10:00 EST, 12 OCT 2006. Responses may be in writing or via e-mail. You may forward responses to US Army, RDECOM, CERDEC, I2WD, Bldg. 600, Fort Monmouth, NJ, 07703, ATTN: AMSRD-CER-IW-BA (Mr. Fedorow) or the following e-mail addr ess: Vincent.Fedorow@us.army.mil.
