- The Texas Army National Guard is seeking qualified contractors that qualify under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 221122, Electric Power Distribution. Project Number FWJH032020, Repair Electrical Distribution System, 147th Fighter Wing, Ellington Field, Houston, Texas consists of eliminating overhead primary electrical distribution system and provide a new underground electrical distribution system including but not limited to pedestals, concrete incase duct bank, cable inc luding splicing kits, pad mounted transformers including concrete pad, switches including pad mounted boxes, and all other work necessary for a complete and operable electrical distribution system. Demolish the existing overhead system which has been repl aced. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR A FORMAL PROPOSAL OR A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. This notice is provided as information to the marketplace and is an invitation for an expression of interest and demonstration of capability to perform the anticipated work. The Government will not pay for the provision of any information nor will it compensate any respondents for the development of such information. All interested parties shall respond to this market survey must submit thei r responses via FedBizOps no later than 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, September 27, 2006. All responses must provide a return e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number and facsimile (fax) number and a point of contract. TELEPHONE AND E-MAIL RE SPONSES AND INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS MARKET SURVEY SHOULD BE SENT VIA FEDBIZOPS. This is NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. The Texas National Guard will not be respo nsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS AT THIS TIME.
