- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The California National Guard has a requirement to purchase the following services: Latrine cleaning services for chemical latrines owned by the National Guard; and rental of 10 chemical l atrines with cleaning services of same, included. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, materials, equipment and labor necessary to perform servicing of 44 government owned trailer mounted chemical latrines at the National Guard Training Si te, Camp Roberts, CA. The contract will also include the rental and service of an additional 10 portable latrines, to include one handicap accessible latrine, at Camp Roberts, CA. The period of performance for this contract shall be from Oct. 2006 through Sept. 30, 2007, followed by 4 option years. Technical Specifications outlining the scope, responsibilities, equipment and service requirements, safety, and other specifications are available upon request. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Quotes are due no later than October 16, 2006 before 2:00pm PST.
