- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source requirement to ORACLE USA, Inc. for support of Enterprise Licenses. The Contractor shall provide support for the following Enterprise applications Oracle Applications Processor Internet Applications Server Enterprise Editions Oracle Database Enterprise Edition - Processor Express Server - Processor Internet Application Server Enterprise edition - Processor BPEL Process Manager Option - Processor Tutor for Applications - Application User OLAP - Processor Oracle Database Enterprise Edition - Processor Application Adapters - SAP - Processor Balanced Scorecard - Application User Collaboration Suite - Collaboration Program User This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all proposals received by the closing date and time will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses is solely for t he purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any vendor who believes that they can provide this service per the requirement can email their companys capabilities information to the attention of Mr. Everett C. Miller II by 1100 A M EST, October 12, 2006. Email submission may be sent to everett.miller@hqda.army.mil.
