- The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform packing and crating of household goods at Naval Air Facility Atsugi, Japan, and suburbs during the period of 1 Jan 07 through 31 Dec 07 with three (3) one-year option periods. This service includes but is not limited to packing, containerization, providing storage and local drayage of household goods for inbound, outbound, intra-city and intra-area services as defined in the Performance-based Work Statement (PWS). Award will be made to the offeror whose offer represents the best value to the U.S. Government considering the evaluation factors stated in the solicitation. The solicitation is not restricted. The solicitation will be available on this web site and will be issued to all firms who respond in writing to this synopsis. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for 1 Nov 06 at 0930 hours (local time in Japan) at 374th Contracting Squadron, Bldg 620, Yokota Air Base, Fussa-shi, Tokyo, Japan.
